Standard end-of-tenancy turnarounds are completed within 3 to 5 working days, depending on scope. For partner agencies we offer priority scheduling to reduce void periods. We can discuss agreed SLAs for your portfolio as part of the partnership arrangement.

Yes. For partner agencies we maintain a compliance calendar for your portfolio, tracking EPC, gas safety, EICR and fire alarm renewal dates. We contact you ahead of each expiry, arrange the work and deliver the certificate without you having to remember to chase.

Partner agencies receive a single consolidated invoice at the end of each month covering all jobs completed across the portfolio. Individual job confirmations and completion reports are provided in real time. Payment terms are 30 days.
