What we collect
When you request a quote, call, email or message us, we collect the information you give us. This can include:
- your name, email address and phone number
- the address of the property and details about it, such as its type and whether you own, let or manage it
- the work you need, how urgent it is, your approximate budget and how you heard about us
- anything else you choose to tell us, including photos you send
If we carry out work for you, we also keep records of the job, such as quotes, invoices, certificates and correspondence.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and give you a quote
- to carry out and manage the work you ask us to do, and to provide aftercare
- to issue certificates and keep the records that gas, electrical and safety regulations require
- to keep our financial and tax records
We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing unless you have asked us to.
Our legal basis
We use your information because you have asked us to take steps before entering a contract (for example, giving you a quote), to perform a contract with you, to meet our legal obligations (such as safety certification and tax records), or where it is in our legitimate interests to run our business and respond to you, in a way you would reasonably expect.
Who we share it with
We only share your information where we need to, with:
- the companies that provide our systems, including our customer relationship software (HighLevel), website hosting, email and phone providers, which process it on our behalf
- certification and registration bodies, where the law requires us to notify them of work (for example, Gas Safe notifications)
- your letting agent or landlord, where they have arranged the work
- our accountants, insurers and professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires it
Some of our providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
If you make an enquiry but we do not go on to do any work, we keep your details for up to 2 years and then delete them. If we carry out work for you, we keep job and financial records for 6 years after the job ends, and safety certificates for as long as the regulations require.
Cookies
This website only uses the cookies it needs to work. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to have it transferred to you or another organisation. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
